New Pool Access Junior Suite

Good news! With overwhelming demand for our pool access rooms,
The Sands Khao Lak will be developing 21 additional Pool Access Junior Suites for our guests to enjoy.

What will happen?

We are building a new pool adjacent to the buildings in the red highlighted area
from 1 May 2023 to 30 June 2023 which will become the new Pool Access Junior Suite.

• All construction work will take place from 9 am to 6 pm.
• There will be no piling, therefore we expect less disturbance from the construction.
• We will completely block off the area in red to control the visual impact.

What is the impact?

Since The Sands is a large resort with 3 wings, we are certain that we will be able to control the impact caused by the construction to ensure the guests have minimal to zero effect.

• There will be no effects to the Lagoon Wing and Aqua Wing.
• The Adult Pool will be closed from 1 May to 30 June 2023.
• The Beachfront Pool, the Aqua pool and the water park in the Aqua Wing will operate as usual. Resort facilities will be operational normally.
• Talay restaurant will be closed but the menus of this restaurant will be served at Manta Ray restaurant.
• To minimize the impact, sun loungers placed in front of the beach will be available in the green circled area only. We will completely block off the area in red to control the visual impact.
