Exciting changes are coming to The Sands Khao Lak this year!

We are constantly striving to enhance the experience of our guests,
and we are thrilled to announce some upcoming renovations.

What’s Happening?

Floating Market Restaurant (red highlighted): closed from 18 August – 10 October 2024
A fresh new look for our all-day dining restaurant, with a soft light color scheme, new flooring, and authentic modern Thai style decorations inspired by the vibrant markets of Thailand. It’s going to be an exciting transformation.

Joy Zone Landscape (purple highlighted): : closed from 31 August – 15 September 2024
Enhanced and expanded green garden space, creating a vibrant new area for your holiday.

What is the Impact?

To manage the impact, the following areas highlighted in yellow will also be closed:

• Adults Pool: : 01 – 30 September 2024

Family Room (Lagoon building) and a small part of the Seaside Junior Suite’s building

The rest of the resort will remain fully operational, including the beachfront pool, the aqua wing pool, the fitness center, the spa, the water park, and the kid's club. Two of our restaurants, Manta Ray and Talay Restaurants, will be open as usual for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Renovation work will take place from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. As most of the work will be done internally, we anticipate little to no noise disturbance elsewhere in the resort. We will also fence off the renovation area to ensure minimal visual disruption.

Your comfort is our top priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests throughout the renovation period. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
